Christopher Coleman
Chris Coleman is the founder and Managing Partner of BranchPoint Capital. Chris has been investing both actively and passively in real estate since 2012, with a current portfolio of almost 400 units as an active general partner, and more than 1200 units as a limited partner. Chris holds real estate in major markets in Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Florida, and Virginia.
His experience as a small business owner, investor, and senior executive spans more than 15 years, during which time he has also led and supported the strategic start-up, growth, and acquisition of several successful multi-million dollar business ventures.
As an experienced business professional and owner himself, Chris enjoys helping other successful business professionals realize how real estate can be a powerful investment tool for their hard-earned income to create generational wealth for their families.
Chris has served on various advisory boards and Boards of Directors for both private sector and non-profit organizations, providing strategic and financial business insight. He holds a master’s degree from Saint Louis University, a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, and a Certification in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas.
